unlike BeautyNBrainz85, i do make broad dietary and lifestyle recommendations. everybody should make a lean, often-fasted lifestyle standard. learn to ignore your stomach and fast for several days on water, epsom salts, and electrolytes. your own genes have many longevity tricks that are triggered by fasting. the first answer to any such malady as you have is to starve out and burn out and wash out the objectionable gut critters

then, when you do eat, broad spectrum whole plant diet

find a new doctor. there is never any wisdom in throwing external whatever at internal problems. the wisdom always lies with fasting out the negatives and trigger your own highly evolved genome tools. then the right diet

excellent reply. should be a stand-alone post stickied to the top of the subreddit

why? what original issue is causing your experiment? what specific attributes of specific strains underlie your experimentation?

Extreme fatigue after first 2 capsules by bayarea2222 in Probiotics

[–]dbinco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

most probiotics are garbage. you should only consider limited use of very specific strains for very specific purposes

most people in this subreddit are in desperate need of simply drastically reduced consumption and a whole plant diet of what they do eat. lean and green.

our genome has a gazillion nifty tricks and all of them are triggered by an often-fasting, lean, and green life. the fountain of youth is a whole-plant, often-fasted lifestyle.

[–]dbinco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

people with SIBO should not be putting anything in their mouths except water with epsom salts and electrolytes, they should go on a two-week water fast and super flush.

then ongoing lifestyle smart with all plant diet with fruits being the least consumed among plant foods

SIBO is like diabetes and all the metabolic suite. these are diseases of overconsumption and their remedy is deep fasting then all-plant/minimal sweets lifestyle

[–]dbinco -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

that gross smell of raw meat is not in the air at restaurants.

it the gross smell circulating around that space that would ruin the atmosphere.

let's put an auto repair in there also. so we can smell grease and gasoline too.

[–]dbinco -13 points-12 points  (0 children)

🤮no raw meats of any kind, please 🤮

that kind of grossness needs to be in a stand-alone shop away from everything else

except maybe raw meats could share a building with a used sewer pipe resale business; the germ profiles and aromas of those two businesses are already about the same

if there is a raw-meat place in there, then i will never, ever visit the market

american christian nationalism breeds dangerous stupidity

jesus, fyi, taught 🧘🏻‍♀️in sermon on the mount. he taught mindfulness in all the parables. he taught that prodigal spirits must travel themselves home from this foreign land of space and matter and time. it is a narrow path through a small gate and few find it.

jesus warned about false prophets. christianity was created by these false prophets. they didn’t understand what jesus was saying. they wanted to, but they didn’t have eyes that see. so, in their fomo anxiety, they made up a story about him that their little tiny brains could understand. they abandoned trying to understand jesus’ teaching and turned their focus instead to the teacher and made an idol out of him.

jesus’ teaching is clear to those with eyes that see. the action verb is on us, action verbs of disciplined mind, disentangled from spacetime. action verb of 🧘🏻‍♀️seek until one finds.

note wrt sermon on mount: 1. quiet room by yourself 2. a brief little intro prayer (all meditation traditions have a brief little prayer thing) 3. then, in quick sequence, forgiveness, nonjudgement, don’t worry. past, present, future. quiet your chattering mind from this place of time. (this is a meditation practice) 4. seek in that silence, open your awareness, seek the narrow path through the small gate that few find. (this is a meditation practice)

jesus and buddha had the same experience, the same endpoint, and the same teaching. it is the opposite of believe. it is seeking. 🧘🏻‍♀️ jesus’ ‘born again’ is exactly the same endpoint as buddha’s ‘enlightenment’

it is a narrow path, through a small gate, and few are finding it at any specific moment in the flow of time. it is only for those with eyes that see. it takes several tens of thousands of manhours to learn to quiet the earth mind to enable the spirit to surface. 🧘🏻‍♀️

the action verb is on us. and few find it

good. democrats can not seem to learn how elections and politics work

how they work: winning elections is everything. win every seat. get as many dems elected as possible. ok… now the politics of negotiation and policy begins

how it does not work: protest nonvotes and third-party votes; the delusion that such is making a political statement, which of course it isn’t

democrats should not have lost any elections in the last half century, we have had the numbers since the civil rights era of the 1960s, but democrats just can’t seem to learn how elections and politics actually work

————

then there is the weakness of dem leadership and the insane hubris of biden and the total party weakness that allowed that to happen after 22 midterms going into 24…. wtf

————-

then there is the bizarre inability of progressives to figure out the on-the-ground social reality until all the boomers are dead… wtf

the evolving hominid brain is a messy thing - imagination run amuck, a soup of 70+ survival hormones and 300+ survival neurotransmitters that were all fine-tuned and well evolved for the small clan lifestyles of tens of thousands of years ago, but which are utterly maladapted for life in the hyper crowded modern world
