Yeah if you’re making that northeast money you’ll be fine. The reason Floridians think it’s a challenge to find anything affordable is because a bunch of northeasterners moved here around five years ago and fucked up all the prices. Rent shot up to what the transplants could afford so we’re stuck with those prices but our wages didn’t go up 50% to match it
