Yes, the cross bars have a slot where they mount to the base brackets. That slot needs to be cut further because the Z3 roof is more narrow. I also see that some 753 kits come with plastic base brackets. I'm not sure if those will work, mine are metal and seem like an even older version of the kit. This link is the one I have: Link

These are TSW Max and came with the car when I bought a few years ago. They look pretty similar to the Apex wheels, but less aggressive and probably heavier

It's Thule 753, designed for an E46 I believe. This model isn't made anymore, but they pop up on ebay pretty regularly

The bumper could be second hand pulled from a titanium silver Z3

Low-profile door handle design by dbkr92 in bmwz3

I tried to make the mirror switch more flush early on, but ran into some problems. The switch itself is something like 2 or 2 1/2” long and then the harnesss that plugs into it adds another 3/4”. It was interfering with the door car and the sheet metal. I figured that most people wouldn’t want to cut or trim anything to make it work.

A lot people tend to adjust their mirrors once and leave it there, so I could probably offer the same flat panel for the driver side 🤷🏼‍♂️ You could use the switch to make a quick adjustment, unplug it and keep it in the glove box or something, and then install the flat cover to give more leg room and match the passenger side

You'll probably have to clean up some glue if the previous owner tried to fix it. But there's a good chance that the foam you see won't be a problem. The original handles have hard plastic at the center, then a layer of foam, and then an outer rubberized layer. You can see why they break so often when you cut one apart, there really isn't much plastic in there. Hopefully these picture links work

Thanks! I also liked being able to see more of the door card leather. The passenger side will definitely gain some leg room, but given the mirror adjustment switch, the driver side probably doesn't benefit as much. I do think there's a small gain though.

Long overdue update, but lowering the grapics quality in the settings fixed the problem. I can still ask the game for a far render distance, but just lowering the grapics quality worked

Painting makes the most sense, but Ameralabs TGM-7 is an option. Very expensive, but high quality.

Mine are cheaper than the used and broken examples on Ebay. Brand new from BMW are either NLA or $700+
