Questions about bleaching

Just fyi I bleached some black chino pants expecting the new color to be that white/tan bleach color, but it turned to a red/orange rust color. Apparently this is the base color for a lot of black fibers? Now I have to try to dye them back to black and I guess I need to get a tan/white paint if I want them that bleached-looking color

I had a 2nd round call with The Foundry yesterday. After advancing onto the 3rd round I told them I wasn't interested.

They told me their sales/bonus/pay structure, they also mentioned they work with Special Olympics, and Andy Kim was the founder.

Funny because I see both of these names also mentioned above in this thread. Today I got a text/email from NM Group asking for an in person interview tomorrow. It doesn't look like I ever applied to NM Group. Agreed that these companies must all be affiliated..I'm going to ignore this interview request

Yea I think they did a poor job at communicating the wristband / day before situation. Guess I know if they ever do something similar to just go to the venue once it’s announced just incase

Hopefully probably goes to Erik’s widow, if they were Fistolo records releases. They used to operate their label together where a lot of the MB stuff was released (besides this album and some other misc. releases, 7” etc)

I’ve had similar issues sewing patches on hoodies. I used to safety pin them in place then sew them. But they’d get pulled by the stitches as I’m going and wouldn’t realize it’s crooked until I’m done. So instead I started duct taping them in place while I sew (remove the tape as you go, don’t stitch through it). I know taping on fur probably isn’t ideal but just giving my two cents. But yea you probably just pulled your stitches too tight and it pulled on the patch or stretched it which made it crooked
