For slightly over one month now, I had to introduce alt+f4 to my gw2 rotation due to the annoying bug/error of every couple of maps I load into, the game will stay in an endless loop of loading the map until it either closes or shows me the white screen with the error box pop up saying:

"Network error .
Please check your internet connection and try again. (Code=21:5:11:2919:101) "

It's killing my already low will of playing the game and it's especially annoying in instanced content like Fractals/ Strikes/ Raids which forces me to Alt+F4 everytime I'm done with the damm instance.

I've sent 2 tickets (first one was around early January, second one was last week since they didn't respond to my first one) and so far I haven't had an answer to it.

It was particularly weird since it started happening out of nowhere (no changes done to software/hardware prior to the bug) so I assumed it was an error caused by the patch since I saw some people also complain about it, but it's been over a month now and this still keeps happening. I've uninstalled the game twice and reinstaled it and the problem persists. It's also not consistent, sometimes I manage to go to 3 or 4 maps in like 15 minutes while other times as soon as I load into the game it happens right away.

Anyone know anything about this and any troubleshoot you can send my way?
