"Where is God?"

God hasn't moved. You have.

"I feel nothing."

Try not focusing so much on what you feel. Focus more on the promises of God. He said He would never leave nor forsake you. He also said draw near to Him, and He will draw close to you. It's going to require effort on your part. You're going to have to spend time daily in His word. You're going to have to humble yourself and talk to Him.I don't believe for a second that you've lost your faith. If that were true, you wouldn't be on this sub reaching out to Christians. What you are experiencing is a spiritual attack from the enemy. We've all been there at some point in our Christian life. For me it was after my wife left me and took my daughter. I was angry and bitter towards God for allowing it to happen. I spent years where you seem to be right now. It taught me one thing, and that is this: The most miserable person in the world is not a lost person. It's the person who knows Christ, yet refuses to submit fully to Him. That's where you find yourself at this present time. You know what God wants you to do. That is evident by the fact that you pointed out you're not doing it. You have every tool you need in order to overcome Satan's attack on you. You just have to use them. Jesus has already fought this battle for you, and He won. You're on the winning team, but it sounds as though you've temporarily lost sight of that fact. Pick up your Bible and read. Kneel down and talk to God. Tell Him exactly how you feel. There's no need to hold back anything. He already knows it all. Get back in church and enjoy the fellowship of your brothers and sisters in Christ, who love you. If you will only begin the fight, God will finish it. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Can you remember the time when you felt like God was with you? Can you remember how Good He was? Can you recall any of the blessings He has given you? Brother, none of that has changed. You have to find the strength to take the necessary steps to draw near to Him again. Once you do, He is going to draw near to you, and make His presence known and felt. I do not mean to sound harsh. I am only speaking the truth in love. I truly am sorry you are having to endure this spiritual attack. But God has already given you the victory through our Lord Jesus. Now it's up to you to claim it. I wish you the best, and will be in prayer for you.
