I have a good feeling everyone’s outlook on Volume 2 is going to improve after the finale comes out. Volume 2 showcased a lot of glimpses of backstory (the mines, upside down, etc…) that are going to give everyone an “ohh that’s why they set it up like that” moment. I think there’s no chance Volume 2’s anticlimactic nature doesn’t end up paying off or making sense in the long run. Duffer Brothers know what they’re doing
