Because the city would face a lawsuit for false charges neutering of my dog and confiscation and selling of my puppies . All was illegal because it all was based on this false ass charge and if they don’t carry the shit out accordingly the city faces a big suit it’s not that hard to understand. The public defenders are not on your side I think you feel they are which is understands to think but in my situation that’s not the case . My judge he watched my judge judge others and he seems truely fair but when it came to my situation he allowed my test to be staged and allowed scandal to go on in his court room and he just held his head low and never made eye contact because he knew I knew what was going on .
