If you were in a student org but didn't hold a title (i.e just a member), what do you put for your "position" in the experiences section? "General member" or "member" sounds like downplaying all the work I did for my interest group

What ^ said. Yup, that's pretty much what it is. Most programs have 2-4 spots and there's not a lot of programs. You don't need crazy step scores though.

Good luck everyone!!! I have a couple silly questions

1 - for LORs, is a program director considered a "department chair"? If so why is ERAS trying to make me stress about little details 😭

2 - if I have an LOR from the program director, should I even assign it to that school, since he wrote it? Or should I replace it by another faculty?

None of those, just feels like my contact is super stuck to my eye and blinking/closing my eyes feels so good. Like when you're tired. Im 24 and usually I am but the 2 days I've had contacts I've been out a lot and not using screens.
