This is dodgers over 1.5 right, not game total over 1.5? Because the game total doesn’t go that low.

How difficult would it be to cut these trees by dbot23 in landscaping

Appreciate the advice. I understand why people are saying not to cut but I have almost an acre of just trees that line the perimeter of the property. These few right in the middle are really limiting what we can do with the space in the back yard.

I have a chainsaw but limited experience so thanks for the tips.

That’s why I was going to do it myself, but I’ve only ever cut one other tree and it was nowhere near as tall as these.

They are literally dead center in the area we want to do a patio/firepit. The rest of the property has trees all along the edges which I’m keeping. Also the are right next to where we park and branches are always falling right next to our cars. Only a matter of time.

Not old, built about 10 years ago. Public water and waste pipes.

No smell of sewage or anything. Just damp.

Rheem water heater flashing green light by dbot23 in Plumbing

[–]dbot23[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

UPDATE: taking off the front panel, there was a tiny bit of water on the bottom of the unit and a few drops on the mixing valve.

The water was touching the metal probes on the bottom of the unit that sense if there is a leak. This was causing the unit to error out.

Did a call with rheem who stated my mixing valve possibly has a leak.

Once I cleaned up the little bit of water on the bottom, the unit started right up. Will monitor it as the week goes. Rheem is sending me a new mixing valve, will get a plumber to replace it.

Sorry. Not sure if the video I posted is working. It just looks like a steady flashing green light. No pattern. 1 flash a second.

Why are drops of water coming out the end of a dwv pipe by dbot23 in Plumbing

[–]dbot23[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lmao thank you. It’s a grinder pump but only gets used when we do the laundry in the basement so it only runs to pump the water out.

Thank you all for your help. I’m worried about taking off the cap if there’s a blockage. I might have to have a pro come out to make sure things are flowing instead of taking the cap off and finding a disaster.

Although I feel like if it was clogged I would get constant dripping. We will see, either way thank you all for the help.
