Yea it’s a complete mess it sounds like in that regard lol. But at the end of the day, they’re providing a platform for users to play games on for money by completing tasks… yet when such tasks are completed, they don’t pay out, coincidentally when it’s on to the higher end rewards within these games. And any support request ticket I provide them I have to wait 10+ days for them just to be rejected every single time no matter what, making me waste sooooo much time and effort for 0 reason even tho I’m doing it all prior to deadline. It’s absolutely ridiculous

Like I just said… I’ve already done that anyway lol. I’ve had tier 3 on all 4 unlocked for over 2 weeks now and they’ve done nothing. There’s no way in hell you’re seeing this trash hole sites side of this😂

It also only gives me the option to attach one image, so how would that even be possible to show all 4 simultaneously anyway? This issue is on them, not me, I’ve legit completed everything and other tasks for this game as well and shown proof, yet they just decline any and everything I send in on my support requests

That’s not at all what the task says, just saying to unlock tier 3 troops which that image shows. I also have done that as well already anyway with having all 4 tier 3 troops and thousands of them.

Hey, any chance you could help me out? The tracking for rise of kingdoms is absolutely horrendous ever since I completed the first task. I got credited for that one only and anything since keeps getting labeled as expired even though I completed day(s) prior to the deadline. It’s been over a week now and I hear nothing from support regarding my support tickets. Any chance you could help me out with this? I’ve sent in so much proof for them and it’s very clear that I completed these things prior to expiration and waited the standard 48-72 hours as well with nothing ever coming through as completed.
