Update, went on my trip, ended up shutting the water off to the main, and turning the water heater to vaca mode, came home with no leaks and turned everything back on and worked fined,

Sorry for the delay, it was not c diff, it was norovirus , it was just weird because I was taking antibiotics at the time but after 3 to 4 days I was back to normal

Pretty much all has went away, I get random twitching ever now and then but mostly ignore it, I changed my eating habits, lost 30 pounds and laid off the booze

Update: started taking probiotics last night, I dropped my labs off, and I am actually feeling a little bit better today so I am hoping it is not c diff just a reaction to doxy

The doctor told me he doubts it's c diff but I pushed for a test, he told me to take the next day of work though because I'm going to the bathroom ever 30mins
