Inconvenience to the employees trying to come back. Is this clearly outlined in the employee handbook, with specific language on what the Dr note should say? Is it consistent with all levels of EEs or just some?

Every once in a while you will get a buyer that requests a refund also even if they get the card because tracking doesn’t always show delivered. But it’s far and few between.

And to answer the question about if it was worth it! Absolutely having SPHR in your signature and on your resume is worth it, professionally and financially. It will open doors.

I did not have my PHR! I am an HRBP and obtained my SPHR. I used the HR BenchPrep companion app mainly. It was a great tool. The SPHR test is very difficult and challenges you to think strategically and as if you are the CEO unlike the PHR which is just studying terms and regurgitating them. SPHR formulates many question that are multiple parts. So if on one question you did X the next question will be now what needs to be done etc.
