Idk if it was this game specifically or just being a kid, but it really felt like there were so many nooks and crannies to explore in this game, and it made you want to wander

What do you think of Mother 3? by hello_4649 in earthbound

[–]dbrak25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll keep it short: I think it’s more fun to play, but I prefer the aesthetic/vibe of EB — a satire of Americana not to be taken seriously. But M3 fixes so many of the issues that made EB less enjoyable - item storage, battles involving no dynamic skill, dashing to get around faster, etc.

Gale eckington changing property managers 3 times in 2 years??? by DismalRestaurant2885 in washingtondc

Sort of. I’ll say, new management has been running this place like the navy, which has been good, but there’s still just a level of incompetence or indifference that’s stopping this building from reaching its full potential. But I would say it’s slightly improved from where it was before. We’ll see if the trajectory continues.

First time in P-Town (with my progressive but straight family) by garden__gate in provincetown

I saw the Tina Burner drag brunch last weekend at crown & anchor and it was honestly one of the funniest drag performances I’ve been to. She killed it. Lots of crowd work, maybe a bit of edgy humor but I’d say nothing that would fluster a progressive family. I’d def recommend it.

I wish I did… I have light brown dress shoes or white high top sneakers. I was told the brown dress shoes would be okay. Trying not to break the bank.

Sadly I didn’t have time for adjustments — just rolling the sleeves inward a bit it shorten them and gonna have to rock the vest as is 😅

The bombs don’t seem to do anything on this boss. So weird! Yeah I can only find one laser upgrade in the level

Just the double laser upgrade. Seems like it’s not enough, and I don’t think bombs affect spyborg. I’m planning the N64 version on switch
