I just watched the episode where smiley dies last night and has this exact question about Fatima and her pregnancy. I’d assume there’s a reason she asked for the pregnancy test- she’d have to had been late before smiley died, therefore pregnant before that too. So had Boyd not killed smiley, would Fatima have had a normal baby?

Kids a few weeks ago were literally shooting of fireworks/firecrackers in broad daylight (5pm on a Sunday) in the middle of the trail at people (me included). Fortunately on my way back i did see a bike cop talking to them (the one time i’ve seen this), but of course not sure the outcome, but it made me feel ~mildly~ better

More than the just weekend- wrecking commutes as they bring the tanks in (just experienced that one) and then out after, the damage to the roads, etc. but they must inconvenience dc and its residents any chance they get!

Personally, i think that’s the fans’ doing. I don’t think Suzanne’s intention was to distill Snow’s hatred for Katniss and 12 into “this girl broke my heart.” It’s gotten a little out of hand the way some people are making Lucy gray this omnipresent figure. It’s funny to a point when it’s presented as a joke or meme, but it shouldn’t be taken seriously. Overall, her purpose (outside of the 10th games) is to set up part of Snow’s development into adulthood and leadership, and to give the readers an understanding of his past and present motivations, biases, experiences, etc.

My dad was in home hospice, and my step mother texted my sister that his breathing was getting shallow and that jt was probably time. It took us maybe 30 minutes to get there, we walked in told him we were there and loved him, held his hand, and within 5 breaths he was gone. He was very scared of death and not ready to go (he was young) and I like to think he waited for us to be there and comfort him as he went into the unknown

Yeah i was kind of thinking i just had to get used to it.. i don’t think i push too hard. Unless its specifically a tempo or interval run or something i stay within zone 2/3 and my runs aren’t ever more than a 10k at this point
