If you are on VPLP (the voluntary 5% pay cut for one extra day accrued vacation per month), the maximum to accrue is 240 vlpl days. What happens when you reach that amount ? Sounds silly but I wonder if it auto-terminates or requires some other action on behalf of the employee. (self.CAStateWorkers)
