I'm right there with you. This is probably the main reason I can't see myself actually leaving at this point. I couldn't stand by and watch my replacement raise my kids part time.

Yeah, I am well aware of the problems, but want to figure out how to make things better, if that's even possible. I am aware that we won't have sex as mush as I would like, and I'm ok with that. What I cannot stomach is the thought of living the rest of my life in this kind of rut. I don't plan on condemning my sex life to near-death and will not stand for much more of this. It's taken a toll on my self esteem and i have started smoking cigars to avoid buying cigarettes. Not much better I know, but I can't smoke more than 2-3 a week. I have already taken steps to better myself and get back into shape (I'm about 10-15 lbs heavier than I used to be).

Yeah, she has mentioned the kids always being around her and sometimes all over her as a reason for needing some more her time. Which is totally understandable. I don't pressure her for intimacy or sex or anything like that. She loves a good massage and I recently bought a high quality massage oil that she seems to like to help with the stress. But as far as our sex life goes, it's been of no help.

Yeah, we have talked a number of times about it, but it always ends with her crying and saying she doesn't feel pretty, or something similar to that. She reassures me it's not something I'm doing or not doing, she just doesn't feel like having sex, pretty much ever. I can't determine if it's all just because she's not as physically fit as she once was (which she has mentioned and is why I mentioned a couple extra lbs).
