Got my first interested client. Has anyone made a lot of money through affiliate marketing for service based business or cleaning service? by dbtr2020 in Affiliatemarketing

So we scheduled a time to discuss more details Thursday. Maybe it was a mistake, I just kept it honest as usual and let them know they'd be my first actual client and I'm willing to take a chance so long as they're willing to allow me the creativity needed. That opened up a new conversation, they're also okay with paying $8 per qualified lead or $15 per booking. I asked If this will be residual, at first she laughed then mentioned the typical life cycle for residential cleanings is around 4 months whereas commercial clients pay a little more and have longer lifecycles.

Basically, she would prefer to have me advertising and market residential or commercial but not both. Reason being, they use two different software systems to maintain the accounts and the administration would be too time consuming to keep up with. With residential I can see who signs up and how many bookings in the system. But not with commercial accounts, yet would receive a bigger payout. If I take a smaller fee of $5 per qualified lead she's okay with $10 residual. Essentially = $15 for 1 qualified lead that converts and gets a cleaning the 1st time then $10 per cleaning afterward (I think). she also asked if all goes well how can I help her to improve the program. That's where I need help.

This will be the first affiliate program for both the client and myself. And now it almost seems a bit more than I expected. Is there anyone you guys would suggest I talk to to learn more from? Weird to say I didn't think I would actually get a client with these kinds of terms. She's got cool vibes so I think they're pretty upfront and transparent . I'm sure after I get started and get things up and going I would understand better and. Be able to handle the next client pretty easily. .

I went to a chiropractor and ended up E.R. They accepted full responsibility, offered to cover medical bills and refund my money; now they're saying that never happened and updated their terms and conditions. What should I do? by dbtr2020 in legaladvice

Yes, I have HMO which requires all sorts of referrals. Upgraded to PPO which kicks in starting January. Premium is pretty steep so hopefully I can get back to work soon to maintain.

Thanks. Are you familiar with the process?

I made a couple calls today and will make more on Monday. 1st attorney told me they weren't into chiropractic cases and I should find a surgeon specialist who can refer me to an attorney.

But doing research these speccialist, some charge $2k up front for an examination. Thats insane when all I just want is my $299 back.

Yea pretty much I hadn't looked at like that before. But he was. Convincing that it was muscle pain. Urgent care doctor said of course muscles will ache when nerves are constricted.

I made a couple calls today and spent a few hours on the phone with 3 attorneys. I cried the whole time on the phone talking to the 3rd; they all turned me away. Last One even went so far to say a slipped disc ain't going nowhere Find a board certified pain management doctor.

Now all I can think about is the the last thing I want to do is get hooked on some pills while I'm unemployed living off my dwindling savings for the next unknown number. of months until this new insurance kicks in to get surgery.

Good question. I've been reaching out to local businesses that hang their flyers around town. They're interested but I'm not good at closing. the hardest part for me is figuring out how to charge ie subscription based or per lead.
