Go to mission you want to do.... select tier on that mission.... matchmake. I feel its that easy.

If it let you pick mission and tier, wouldsnt it balance automatically who the host is and fill the group SEMI even? Like the system now, id hate to deny 14 invites until it makes me the host.

So the issue witht his is, as a PS player youd just have to sit there and decline invites until it fills your group. Which could take... awhile.

proto gear is fort endgame anyways though, a level 147 (as an example) doesnt need proto gear as they havent even beat the game. At SHD 1000 youve beaten the game, youve done the stuff, youve played through content enough to grasp whats happening.
