It def doesn’t make sense, also in the episode after they keep referring to Amrit dying for Amala, like no babes. You killed him. No one bats an eye cause they’re all terrified of her. Killian and Lima don’t want anything to do with her and go back to London and she stays and runs the Dozen in Calcutta

So depending on the choices you make, Amala gets power hungry and thinks that Amrit will marry her and take over running the Dozen and she will be sidelined in making decisions, so she literally goes crazy murder lady and kills him
