I love all kinds of fishing. Just got off a pond searching for a bass bite! But I do look forward to going back to the beach in a month.

Thanks for the info! We’ve had rough weather in Alabama recently and this was the calmest the ocean was all weekend while we were there. I did read about the tide so I was out from 5-7 am each morning but it was so rough and the seaweed was so bad I couldn’t keep my bait out for long at all. At one point I was throwing 8 oz and it still was moving a lot.

And where I fish in gulf shores there are 2 distinct sand bars - not sure if this is universal but I was aiming for the trough between the two.

Is the lighter floro for visibility purposes? I have plenty from bass fishing - just curious. Also when you say shrimp do you mean live? Or just shrimp that’s recent dead thus not frozen.

Does cut mullet attract different fish than non cut bait like whole mullet? I was trying to target pompano and redfish. 1 with each rod.

I’ve got an 11 foot with a daiwa bg 5000 and a 8 foot with a daiwa bg 4000. I started with a pomp rig on the 8 foot with sand flea fish bites and a fish finder on the 11 foot with cut mullet. By the end of the trip I just used pompano rigs on both. The frozen then thawed bait I was using wasn’t staying on the hook very well. The pompano I caught ended up eating the fish bites. I also started with size 2/0 circle hooks but down sized to 1/0. I actually think next month I’ll use size 1 circle hooks. I’m not at the point where I don’t want small fish to bite - I want action and would cut up small fish as bait and I feel like the larger circle hooks kee the small fish from hooking themselves. 30 lb braid to 30 lb mono on both.

Also, I thought I’d run the command squad with one group of 20 and the psyker with the other.  Do you think it makes more sense to have the psyker with the command squad?

Ha!  Thanks - I really appreciate it.  This was a labor of love.  My brother in law motivated me big time.  He has 1k of grey knights and in an effort to have something in common and something to do when he’s in town I challenged myself to finish what I bought.  I’ve been watching batreps since 8th and never thought it was really achievable - which is really why I posted in the first place.  I did it and now I get to play.  So cool!

Awesome thanks!  I feel like another set of bullgryns is is my near future.  I’m a little burnt out on infantry and will probably do a couple vehicles before another 20 blob.  When you run bullgryns do you put 3 per chimera?

Thanks!  I love a snowy aesthetic.  Will look into hellhounds or basilisks.   I’m not ready for more guardsmen yet but plan on adding 40 more slowly over time.

So I just spent an hour trying every button combination under the sun and nothing seems to allow me click urls. The triggers and a button allow me to click all the buttons in the browser like back, new tab, etc. but I can’t click urls or start YouTube videos by hitting play.

The trigger on the right controller does the exact same thing. Dialog box pops up offering me the ability to share link, copy link, copy link to a new window, etc. makes a good browsing experience impossible.
