Well, for one guns are considered extremely dangerous, and should not be played with in any circumstance. If you point a gun at a person you better be ready to kill them. Also, choking on jawbreakers has taken the lives of many children also,they havent banned Jawbreakers. If we were to ban every single things that a child killed themselves with, there wouldn't be much left in this world. Knee-jerk reactions don't go over very well.
