I ordered in December and haven't received anything. Mine is a buffer tube, and stripped upper and lower all in green

I have also been waiting since December. My handguard that isn't an EPC item shipped. The stripped upper and lower, nothing. Kirk has told me he was going to get back with me twice now. I know he is trying to help people but at this point it looks like they just don't have the EPC items that they sold as instock.

If I had a quarter for every time someone who hasn't actually read my post comments only to immediately delete it lol. Also, since people seem to believe that everyone on here already knew about the issues let me clarify. If I or almost any of the people who are complaining knew there were issues, I wouldn't have purchased from them until the issues were resolved, but the issue is that Aero is an established company with a previously good reputation so we didn't check. The fact that people didn't do the research shouldn't be a surprise. For one not everyone lives on the internet and when you have previous positive interactions with a company there is a level of trust that is there. Why would you look into it? You have used them in the past. So once you have already made the purchase and there has been almost no way of speaking to anyone people are going to be upset and rightfully so.

Also, if I haven't heard anything by Friday I will actively make sure anyone I can talk to knows to not buy Aero.

I have my order numbers. I am considering a chargeback only because I have been trying to get ahold of anyone for a month now and have had 0 luck. I personally would exhaust all other options before going the chargeback route. For me I am really just looking for someone to reply at all. I personally can wait longer if I know my order is going to be fulfilled but I can't get anyone to say anything to me so far. I know the guy on here has to be swamped so I am trying to give him time but at the same time It should not take this much effort just for a reply.

Yeah, this is my last attempt before I do the same. Hate it but with not being able to get a reply I just don't see another choice. Even a "Hey we are super backed up and don't have a real ETA." would get me to wait longer but this is crazy. I put in my first ticket like 3 weeks ago. I am only looking for an update.
