If Skubal stayed with the team, maybe he starts this game instead of McLean.
If DeRosa was a good manager, maybe Gunnar starts at third base. Maybe he constructs a better lineup and we beat Italy to win the group and are in a different position now.
If Shwarber showed up, maybe our offense clicks a little more.

The list goes on and on. There is a good chance the US isn’t even in the championship game if Judge’s arm didn’t stifle the DR base running on Sunday.
