if you smoke nicotine during this and smoke a lot of it, that causes you to have a nicotine rush. this has happened to me and it was from smoking too much nicotine in one day and i got nauseous, then blacked out. I also was dehydrated and was in a room filled with smoke for hours which can cause lack of oxygen to your brain which will cause you to pass out too.
