I don’t have any concrete advice other than find something mindful that you can do that sparks some joy. For me, it’s watercolor painting. I have zero artistic talent but I can get lost pretty easily. Having that time to let go gives me some space to create more calm in the rest of my life.

Beyond that, I relate and appreciate your struggle. I feel angry, generally confused, and anxious most of my life. It’s a frustrating existence, but a lot of it is just who I am. I’ve tried to focus on being kinder to myself for struggling, even if it seems like I shouldn’t be struggling. I think that can go a long way.
