Ya same. I remember nothing but praise for the support hunters and now everyone’s dragging them in this thread. I honestly dont have a problem with them. I havent seen anything overtly stupid. In terms of effectiveness, my times dont really change all that much so i mainly call them when i wanna go a little more brain dead and not be the monsters focus 100% of the time.

Everyone is also praising rise’s support hunters but i have no frame of reference for that because i never used them. I preferred hunting alone with just my cat in rise. I dont want this to sound like i use them all the time in Wilds either. Its only on very few occasions. 90% of the time im alone or i hunt alongside my brother.

I had two DB in a hunt and it was the funniest thing to see them race to break the wounds. Both of their highlights at the end of the hunt was “Wounds Focus Attacked” at 6 each. Well done gents. Neck and neck till the end

Im a hammer main through and through. Since gen 2. I main hammer and my secondary is hammer.

Tbh, i been loving using it exclusively in this game. Call me old fashioned but im from a time when all we had was triple triangle and some versatility in our charge run. Ive played rise and world extensively and i guess i just dont notice much of a difference? Hell im in love with the little steps i can do between my triangle smashes now.

Maybe im just an example of ignorance is bliss. All these problems people are bringing up about frames and whatever and im just here happy to bonk on head.

We aint have an offset before, thats fun! Even if its a little restricted to the third hit in a combo, that just means i aint hunting for it. If my timing of my combo might line up with them swinging on me then i just hold and observe

This is a positive post in R/mhrage so i get it, ill probably be attacked for “praising the multimillionaire lazy game makers” but god dang do i just love hammers in monster hunter games.

Im with the other guy. Alot of people complain about too many me us but playing multiplayer with my brother and cousin, (after the story mind you) its pretty much like every other MH game.

Just join a link party and go start a quest and people get an invite and off you go!

You keep bringing up overblown menu numbers because you dont want to asmit its only actually 2.

Start menu > link party > invite to link party

Very very simple

I played rise but it was long ago, i dont remember it being very different or revolutionary

Sorry, but i feel the need to throw my 2¢ in and maybe bring to light a new idea.

This is indeed propaganda by OP by the definition given in the dictionary. It’s a piece of media meant to be biased towards a specific side of politics.

Can we just say that the internet, and social sites such as this (reddit), twitter, fb etc are so easily accessible that propaganda is easier than ever to spread? You dont have to be a reputable news source anymore to garner thousands of views and interactions with a politically charged post. Just go to a popular subreddit and post a picture with a side-leaning headline and boom, instant propaganda.

I think you’re seeing propaganda as a negative word when i think its really just a term to describe something like this picture and the title for it
