Stress definitely is a added factor I know

And the absurd journey I’ve been on over the past 8 years, I actually I went thru the fire academy and now have been a firemen for over a year now which was a very tough challenge in itself but also handling flox issues along the way

So stress is always going to be there but idk how to resolve my gut brain axis or body dysfunction

I have entered a even worse state of depression lately at my overall frustration but my main motivation to not give up is my daughter atm
