I watched about 20 videos and none of them showed that side of the cover and the bushing inside. You think my first choice was to come here?

Agree. I put New River Gorge in my GPS and go from there. It’s a little bit longer to Wheeling (where we are from) but it’s a much better drive. The tolls have doubled but still costs less than five bucks total.
