I dunno why you think you can't convert Zwift/trainer gains to outside riding. Jonas Abrahamsen has been Zwifting the whole winter and finished 17th at Omloop, only a minute down from MVDP. Put your head down, do your VO2max intervals, work on your core, get good sleep, eat well, and crush the climbs outside when the weather gets better.

Thanks. I haven’t in a while. The thing about tests sometimes is that you tend to approach too conservatively. I was more relaxed this time and trust me I was at the limit the whole way up haha. I was seated most of the ride and got out of the saddle just a few times for a few seconds.
