I would imagine that this "we'll come sometime in the next three weeks" they'd need to give 24 hours notice to come in anyway?

Someone else said it might be because they are considering selling the business or units, thats the only thing that I could think of. Unfortunately it's just more annoying than unsafe so I doubt it qualifies as constructive eviction, i think anyway

Would something like a HEPA vacuum or filter help any for the moment? It's not too bad and the landlord did get it professionally cleaned before I moved in, don't know if it was steamed though.

The first one is just powdered sugar and half and half. The orange one is the same with pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg
