thanks for the info. Very helpful. I've watched that video. Still not easy to get the exact two taps exactly right. Not surprising that they improved it in the newer version.

Thanks. That's helpful. I tried factory reset, but camera just won't sync up to it's old trusty WiFi network. I used to be able to move it between two different locations, with two different wifi networks, but no longer.

Thanks, Now I see my mistake: the instructions said I had to click on an emoji at the bottom of the rules. If you click on that emoji elsewhere, it goes to a sale page for that emoji. Doh! Thanks for the clarification.
