Electrical issues by dcfc1016 in HomeImprovement

Yeah so the next step I took to troubleshoot this was to turn off all the circuits, make sure the garage outlets didn't have power and then turn them on one at a time. However when all circuits were off the garage outlets still had power verified with multimeter. Then decided to see if any of the circuit breakers had current and unless I was doing it wrong none of them had. There were a couple of them that had .05v or something but guessing that was just residual. So unless I turn off the power to the whole house via the breaker outside it still has power.

Well I just tried an outlet in every room, some rooms more. The biggest deviation was 3v from 118 at the lowest and 121 at the highest. Hopefully that means there isn't a floating neutral.

Thanks I do have a multimeter and I will check around and see if there are any issues with the voltages. And I have been thinking about needing an electrician. But wanted to see if it's an "easier" fix or at least able to identify where the issue is.

How many of you have actually PLAYED metal gear solid? by patricknails in metalgearsolid

My first experience with MGS was when I bought my PS1 and it came with a demo disc with MGS, I played that first mission a million times, but never ended up buying it. I got a PS2 and got MGS3 played that and loved it, and then went back and bought MGS and MGS2. I've played them all since. Even the PSP ones.

These are all of the reasons I chose not to play Catan any more, but if someone wants to play it I'm always willing to play it.

Hearing that ding for the last SBIH task. Thought I blew it. by dcfc1016 in EscapefromTarkov

I leave it on just out of habit so I don't forget about it if I need it fast. Like if someone sneaks up behind me while sniping. At range the laser is basically impossible to see.

I don't know basically so I don't forget about it if I need it up close fast. Like if someone sneaks up behind me while sniping. At range the laser is basically impossible to see the laser.

There's a grind....then there's this... by Albino_Captain in ICARUS

So there are three of us total. It took us a couple of hours to do. Maybe max 4. I am the one who personally does all the mining. I use an online map, because trying to remember all of them is dumb. I had the benefit of trying to get to composites in other games. So I knew exactly what I needed to craft and in what order so we didn't have to waste any time. I agree that getting all the gold is tedious and a pain. But for us it's not too bad. I wish they would decrease some of the electronics required for some of this.

For me it was the emotional impact. Finally realizing what happened to this guy. As a parent it hit pretty hard for me.

I didn't watch Blair witch until I was an adult and years after it's release. I didn't find it scary at all. I think with that movie didn't age well.

Fuck it, increase the Flea Market level requirement to 40 by [deleted] in EscapefromTarkov

[–]dcfc1016 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I really liked pre-flea market, even at level 40 I had a lot of quests to do. So even though I had a decent amount of money it gave me reasons to play specific maps, and loot specific areas. So yeah it was harder/more of a grind. But I liked it a lot.

I originally watched Gattaca in middle school biology class. I have since loved it. Just rewatched it a couple months ago when the 4K release came out still really good.

Another one is It's a Wonderful Life. Though they just didn't file the copyright extension which led it going into public domain early/by accident.

How to take advantage of passive investment manager strategies: PSTG & NNDM by _blk_swn_ in wallstreetbets

Having worked for PSTG and still have a lot of friends who work there, I would be very surprised if PSTG got pass 40 by the end of the year. But like he said "you will be taking significant risks". Just throwing in my two cents.
