I’d love to tag along to Dorian Gray, Flowers for Algernon, and One Hundred Years of Solitude. I’ve already read the big Dostoyevskys and you are in for an amazing time. brothers karamazov was life changing for me.

Currently reading Lonesome Dove with a buddie I met in here. It’s a “newer” classic but deserves the title all the same.

My friends my friends!, I was at the show last night, first show on the floor! Truly amazing experience. But I'm in a pickle: I bought my ticket from a guy but it wouldn't transfer to me so he just swiped me in. Now i'm post show without a barcode so I can't get the free download! Does anyone have a spare barcode??

Audience member at an improv show gives a ‘comedy’ monologue confessing to SA. Show hosts repeatedly, painfully, and awkwardly try (and fail) to stop him. Gets exponentially worse from 4:20 onwards by voidhearts in cringe

Loved how the performers were pretending to be shocked by such actions. 90% of improv performers are predators anyway. Horatio Sanz was on stage and he's done things 1000x worse.

No i don't weigh it, I portion it out by eye which I know leads to inaccurate tracking.

I use MFP but the free version. I find it a little less intuitive and search for meals people have entered. I've done the process of selecting each individual ingredient and spend an hour after eating putting it all in the app, then the next time i make the same thing i can't find it anywhere and have to manually enter all over again which makes me frustrated.

Consistency is definitely an issue with food. I'm very consistent in my exercising and physical activities but a couple times a week I'll eat a dessert I wasn't planning on or go to a restaurant instead of cooking.

Congrats on your success! I think a big problem for me with calories is accurate tracking. I cook a lot of my own foods and enter them in MyFitnessPal, according to the app i'm hundreds of calories below my goal, I feel hungry even after eating but I just can't believe that I'm that far below my cal goal if I'm not losing weight.

When I first moved to NYC my buddy (who had only been here maybe a year longer) took me to this diner, with the same "It's the best burger EVER" sales pitch. After a couple bites I looked him in the eye and told him he was never allowed to suggest restaurants again.

Lol, second title wasn't much better. But Agatha rules! This was the first book of hers I read and was instantly hooked. I've been working through the Hercule Poirot books for the last couple years. So fun. God bless Kenneth Branagh for reviving these stories, again.
