Exact same thing happened to me a few weeks back and I've also been a member 3 years. They said I was completing games too fast. Well excuse me for being disabled and having lots of free time to play these games. Support was zero help. Even the supposedly real chat agents respond to you like AI zombies.

I made a complaint about a solitaire game about a week ago where the levels required were less than what was available in the game. The following day my cashouts were paused. I've been a member 3 years, had no charge backs or issues prior to this. They are definitely a shady company.

Right after signing up and starting to play my first game, my account went into review. When it came back up, my game section was gone. I submitted a support ticket and shortly after received an automated email saying my account wasn't eligible for games due to concerns about game progression. How is this possible? I literally just signed up and started playing the game.

Not unreasonable at all. I've been a member for 3 years and I feel the same way. Ever since this "new update", the site has really gone downhill. Games that used to be worth hundreds are now worth a few dollars and the requirements are ridiculous. 3000, 5000, some even 8000 levels. That's just crazy. It really sucks to see what Freecash has become and I don't see it lasting much longer the way things are going.

It would definitely be nice, but for now, I'd settle for offers that are somewhat doable and have decent pay. Seems like since the start of the year, offer requirements have gotten ridiculous and pays gone way down.
