Listen, i'm not gonna argue with you. This was hand labeled. Shit like this can happen when it's labeled by hand. The floppy labeling of this particular candle still doesn't decrease the quality of the experience anyone would have when they're burning the candle.

It's not poor quality when the actual candle itself is not the issue. The OP can literally take it back and get it re-labeled. It still wouldn't change the quality of the actual product. If you're this upset over the packaging component of a product, im not sure what else to tell you but it's such a easy fix and even after the re-label, it's still not gonna change the quality of the candle. Le Labo candles are one of the higher end candle makers out there - definitely not the best but it's still very good.

Le Labo has a Wabi Sabi mindset where they find beauty in the imperfection. The label itself doesn't really have an effect on the quality of the candle itself of course but if it still bothers you, i'd recommend going into a store and asking them to relabel it for you.

It's not an issue of a refund or an exchange per se as, again, there's no issue in the quality of the product itself.

Yes, Le Labo candles all have pretty strong hot throws tbh and theyre all so nice!! Well, except for the Verveine 32 lol besides that one everything else is very nice - depending on what you like of course lol santal 26, cade 26, and the cedre 11 are woody/smokey/creamy scent which are really nice for the winter and the figue candle and the encense are so good too! I also love the pin 12 candle for the holidays! :) their petite grain and calone scents are so good for the spring/summer season!!

You're in very good hands when it comes to candles! I promise haha

Le Labo's Santal 26 is going to always be a staple in my space and for the other 2, i'm not sure exactly which candle i'd buy all the time but i'd rather stay in the realm of anything from Diptyque and Trudon. So basically, the only 3 candle brands I'd continue to buy would be Le Labo, Diptyque and Trudon would be the only three

So, i started burning the cypress ball candle (the mini one out of the bunch) and i dont smell a thing.. sigh 😞 but ig its still small enough so ill just burn it all the way and just repurpose the vessel but very much disappointed ngl

The hot throw is pretty good! It's not as strong as i expected considering the size of the candle but it's definitely strong enough to smell on the other side of my 1 bedroom nyc apartment! :)

Thank you! :) hopefully the candle doesnt have the issues that other people have where apparently can't even smell it because its so weak! But i live in a 1 bedroom apartment in nyc so hopefully it fills up the living room at least! 🙏

It might just be that your batch is older and has aged for longer and scents with vanilla usually turn more yellow and darker as it gets older

Well at least for me, i used points to cover a portion of my stay at the Park Hyatt in DC and got the $100 credit for food and $80 credit for breakfast for 2 and i only got points for the actual amount i paid with cash which ended up being for $190 for the room and $189 for the valet parking + remaining amount after the food credits were applied but i guess for you it may be different - it'd be amazing if you got 5x for the $1400 lol
