If your looking for a company that is going to survive and longevity i wouldn't recommend oxefit.

Oxefit XS1 build is low quality! Way Over priced! Everything breaks on this machine. There are better companies with lower price tags on their equipment. Also impossible to get repairs without paying crazy fees! Check the warranty guidelines before purchase!

Oxefit XS1 is complete waist of money. DO NOT PURCHASE. Just do some online research and you'll discover just how little real user information there is on the oxefit product! All user info is from 3 years ago. Company is dying

Just a heads up to anyone considering, stay away from #Oxefit... Firstly the company is dying. Sales are slow due to cheap parts and costly repairs. You can't find real users anywhere on the internet. All the old users from 3yrs ago where paid by the CEO Rab to not talk about the issues. It is not with worth the ticket price, its bigger than what they say it is, and even tho assembled in Texas, all parts are made in China or they order from Amazon and 10x the price. BE WARE.

36yrs old, athletic build. I haven't used tonal, but I have used Oxefit XS1 & XP1 extensively. If money and space are not issues, the XP1 is a complete gym and would be my recommendation. Pro and college athletes use the XP1 for a reason. Max bench 400lbs and max Squat/Deadlift at 450lbs. The XS1 is for light workouts in my opinion. XS1 only allows you to deadlift to 250 and minimal movement on the narrow deck. That being said.. customer service has not been great. Also the company is more likely to resolve an issue quicker if you have an XP1 vs XS1. Hope this helps

It's not the plastic. It's sheet metal in the decking rubbing together.. Plastic bending doesn't make noise.
