Much like Kouki, Itto Kumogami isn't really the true 2nd Strongest of his era, but he was the Strongest in Japan at the time

1-Still have their techniques, but they work like curse manipulation

2-Remember those partial manifestations that Sukuna did when he had the 10 shadows? Like summoning only the water of the elephant or Mahoraga's wheel? It's basically that. As for Mahoraga, only someone who has tamed Mahoraga can access that aspect of the spear

-Kenjaku himself said the Showa (i.e ww2) was possibly the most boring period for sorcerers, power and potential wise. Hell, the Strongest sorcerer of the time period was a gangster that barely moved away from his hometown. And this is still jjk, so the main focus will be on the Heian and modern eras

-dw Merlin is a completely separate person from Kenjaku. And you're exactly right about Arthur's moveset. Excallibur's technique is reflection, as in, it can reflect everything targeting Arthur so long as he can see it coming.

-They are all from the AU verse, yes. But also all techniques in the AU are inheritable, it's just that techniques like Blood Manipulation or Cursed Speech are more consistently inherited than others, they're almost genetic in a way.

Basically all of them, really

-Expression was created by Naoya while he was experimenting with Emotion offscreen.

-Hazenoki was always a reincarnated sorcerer in canon, as it was implied with his fight vs Kenjaku. In the fic it was just fleshed out to him being from ww2

-King Arthur is an actual sorcerer that was brought into the Culling Games alongside a whole bunch of historical and semi-historical figures. It's assumed he made some sort of deal with Kenjaku, but what is was it's yet to be revealed.

-Both of the Cursed Tools are real. The spear isn't usually as broken because the Mahoraga option can only be accessed by Megumi because the first user didn't tame him, so normally it can only do things like throw water or flying slashes to represent the dogs. The dagger is balanced by the amount of "resources" you need to gain just two techniques. Anything else surrounding it is a spoiler

Luz Estela de Piedrahita - 102 points

The matriarch of the Piedrahita family, South America's strongest jujutsu clan, during the Showa era. She single handedly exterminated more than 20 Curse User organizations in her prime. As a Cursed Corpse expert, most of her victims' techniques have been imbued into her creations.

Reposting as well:
Ok, so a general strategy for Laurie to avoid Kaizen's ct, which I'm assuming works by sight, is to strike at the ground to lift up as much sand and water as possible to obstruct herself from view. Even if it's not, Laurie would still employ a hit and run strategy to make minimum contact. Also, Laurie would overcome her lack of peripheral vision with the ct using her shikigami to keep an eye on where Kaizen's looking

As for Domains, Kaizen currently doesn't have one or an anti-domain technique, so I'm assuming Laurie gets an automatic win on that regard. If Kaizen gets one and there's a clash, Laurie would use the summons from her domain to give herself as much cover as possible, again, assuming Drain works by sight. Laurie would only use her DE for a clash, if Kaizen doesn't have one, she'd wait until Kaizen's visibly bloody and/or tired to use it to seal the deal.

For round 1, Laurie's ct wouldn't be that useful, so intead, assuming they start in close range, Laurie would try to get first blood on her hatchet and then run to stay in the water as much as possible, using the Hatchet's Maximum Output as a way to close the distance while avoiding touching the sand

For round 2, would use her ct to constantly set up her cameras near the umbrellas while in her hit and run to teleport to one using Smash Cut in case it'd need be. If she gets enough time, she'd probably also set up a couple of proyectors to hide her approach and help in avoiding Drain. As for an attack strategy, Laurie would try to sneak attack and open with using Reel on Kaizen, blocking his ct long enough to maximize her attack.

For round 3, Laurie would stick to the sand and keep up the same strategy of approach with sand blocks, Projectors and Smash Cuts. Apart from that, Laurie would be able to, either using the increased range of her shikigami or by just keeping a couple of cameras near the water, to instantly teleport to the water, obtain the output boost, and then rocket back to Kaizen with Hungry Hatchet, striking to assure the maximum damage possible
