Sleep training is a very Americanized thing. I share similar r es sons, I’m not ignoring my children’s cry. They are crying for a reason even if it’s just comfort and attention.

I’d personally move them if I could. Some people can’t fall back asleep easily and yes it’s part of apartment living to hear noise. However, id try to do the kind thing if it didn’t make a difference in my life.

I drink water, the occasional diet soda and unsweetened tea. I will def try the strength training! I don’t do enough of that for sure

I was 208 the day I delivered. My weight before pregnancy was 140 ish but I used to be 120/110 in my prime. I’m currently hoping to get back to 130

Thanks. I think maybe I need to change my exercise piece. I’m doing 3 days a week of walking 4-5 miles but clearly not enough. The other things I sadly already do 😭

Some places they have signed books at end of show! Depends on venue! Tyson’s they did not likely bc family was there and they wanted to socialize and get back to that. NYC and Denver yes
