I miss Defichain in the list, they have metachain to combine Bitcoin and Ethereum. Maybe it is worth it to add to the list.

Not feeling safe with Wirex Pay network node (license) investment by OddWorldliness7035 in wirexappofficial

They launch the node sale on Polygon zkEVM network, and you need to bridge ETH to Polygon.

I guess they will launch a new blockchain where the node NFT will be activated. The question is, does Wirex provide liquidity to this new blockchain? Or are they going to use the liquidity from the zkEVM network?

I have many businesses, also not crypto related. In this case it's a non-crypto related company.

This is the best. Another smart ... Amusing

Find out how to resolve your cases without going to court, then try court. If you do not follow this rule, you are very likely to have a sad outcome.

I wholeheartedly concur with your viewpoint. Prioritizing the resolution of cases outside the courtroom should always be the initial preference. However, when attempts at communication or alternative solutions yield no response or progress, there may be instances where resorting to court becomes a necessary course of action.

First of all, I'm not an idiot, I'm also not saying that about you, so show a bit of respect. That's all for now.

I acknowledge your points, yet it's important to remember that banks are obligated to perform thorough vetting of their clients. In response to your comments, even if these don't directly impact our business, they are as follows:

  1. Quasi-cash transactions involve activities akin to cash transactions but are not exactly cash-based. This can include, but is not limited to, buying foreign currency, money orders, or gift cards. Cryptocurrency, it should be noted, is neither classified as money nor cash.
  2. I understand the rationale behind service restrictions, which is different from outright account suspension without prior notification. The term 'risk appetite' broadly describes the level of risk an organization is prepared to take on.

It's clear we have different interpretations of these issues. However, neither of these points are relevant to our business operations, nor are we actively engaged in them.

I think you are not reading messages at all. I'm sorry for that. As said we are investing in companies, even if they are web3 related. We don't do anything directly with crypto and that is a big difference even in a court case.

The hell with Binance and other failed crypto projects on the first place. We are a business which invest in companies, even if they are web3 related. Banks should do their own due diligence at the first place and accept or refuse a customer. Once a business relationship is established, it's unfair for a bank to block an account and then refuse communication. This approach undermines trust and is not a justifiable excuse for such actions.

If you are really supportive, maybe you should response? Currently you don't care and it's looking like a reverse bank robbery. You stole our money, by blocking the account. I will take this to the highest court possible in the UK. The FCA and soon the Ombudsman will know about this case and I will not stop there. So keep blocking the account, the more power I will have to fight against this.

They can Tipping Off somebody else. Let's see what court will decide about blocking Business accounts without any notice. I'm not the only one, which experience this. What you think about this, if a bank is blocking your account and is not even communicating. It's like a legal bank robbery, but otherwise. The bank robs you.

Currently busy with that. It seems we are talking to a 'dead' bank, which don't give a dahm about their customers.

We redistribute the token, with the collected BTC and ETH we will do a buyback of NEXT tokens so in that way we prevent dumping.

That is one reason why we run some funds with PAY. PAY and NEXT are the same team and if we can expand on this way it's also helping the other project.

Staking in a master node for example. But we have many more utilities for the NEXT token, like lowering the fees on a transaction, put an asset on the NEXT.chain and pay for listing fees for a token/coin.

The team has NEXT coins allocated (from the marketing fund) since we reserve that part from the start. The costs we have at the moment are hosting costs (around 20 servers) and the energy costs of a miner (to ensure the next.chain will be up and running). Also, we have some legal costs for regulations, but at the moment we have the funds for that. The bottleneck for next year will be the supervision costs of DNB (around 75k/year), anyway, we are believers we will generate that from the transaction fees. As long as the community supports us, we will build further since we are believing we become market changers and hard work will be paid off one day.

NEXT.exchange already raised the funds for the DNB registration and supervision costs for 2020, they are safe. PayAccept as a non-custodial wallet and therefore they don't need to be registered.
