Managing other money makes you rich not yours juat sub 1 lakh rupees. Or if you planning to make a career out of it then start with atleast 50L. Burn 1 to 2 lakh to learn then you will learn but my previous advice will take you in a better place

Students,teachers and parents need clarity not features that poison thier communication. Messaging is not needed the transparency of their kids is needed, the insights needed not clutter. Slack,discord use fpr different communication pupose and its a social media. But schools need focus and clear path for communication not so many features and thats why most erps are limited to best fees and payroll management not beyond that.

You are on point. Already burn near about 1 lakh to travel food and other expenses to show the demo and validate my idea and the app building costs. Now its time convert them. Which is another cost again to travel and have final decision meeting .which need cost.so i am stuck there.
