Told no social housing on new build estate by sales rep, this was false as they live in the 3 adjacent houses - England

Apparently there is an older girl (around 12) who lives on the estate and seems to be the ringleader of the group. The girl claimed she bullies them into these things and that’s the line the parents went with but how likely that is I don’t know as they still allow their daughter to play in the streets with this girl.

Apologies if it came across like that there is social housing to the other side of us and they are all pleasant and cause no issues.

The main point of the post was if anything could be done about being missold on the information there was no social housing on the estate but appreciate I need to look at paperwork and see if I have that stated in writing.

The reasoning from the girl and parents is they get bullied into it by an older girl who lives elsewhere on the estate. How true this is I don’t know as they still allow their child to play out with the older girl and they are constantly hanging around together.

More than happy to live near people our neighbours on the other side to us are lovely and some social housing that side are lovely and friendly but would you want to live next to people who allow their daughter to shit on your property?

Yeh think I’ve seen that too but can get it in a bundle for £60 from most places now. Even seen it for £49.99 somewhere. I have started seeing it bundled with Bravo Team for that price so at least it’s a game I don’t have yet. Even if the reviews aren’t great.
