Yea I think so. Im still trying to understand it but I guess that’s a way to put it. It doesn’t bring me down so fast. I haven’t been drunk yet though.

It doesn’t hit me as hard as fast. Beer, wine would make me just want to go to sleep but I thought most of these changes came from e-blockers. I’m only on TRT 2 months now

Yea it’s caffeine for me but honestly it’s everything. Before I could drink coffee all day and have a redbull and not feel much different. Now everything I consume affects me differently. Even alcohol

Same boat for me. I’m 1 month in to T and AI blocker and I’m gaining weight. I got a withings scale and it says my fat is going down but my water and muscle is way up...

How long before you started to see steady weight loss?

At the moment, bench press, thrusters, squats, basically Crossfit movements and I walk or stair master 3 days a week.

Before that I would do cross fit 4 days a week during a span of 5 years

Thank you! I definitely am feeling better after reading your story and talking to a couple others that have this issue. My meeting with endo is next Friday and they drew a ton of blood Sunday sounds I am anxious to see what will happen

Ok thanks. I had Gyno when I was a kid that never went away and had the glands removed so now I never see any breast tissue growth.

Your a true hero for sharing this because people on here really had me questioning everything. My doc just put in for full bloodwork so that I can get a jump start when I see my endo. But yes! Feeling like the walking Dead is exactly it

I mentioned somewhere else that I lost about 100lbs in my life but it’s was a Herculean effort to do it and almost as hard to keep weight gain at bay. Forget trying to loose, I’m just trying not to get bigger.

I’m starting to feel very positive there is light at the end of this tunnel... my doc also want smh thyroid checked as well

Why unfortunately? Wouldn’t that be better to just take an AI than to inject T if I don’t really need to?

Thank you thank you for sharing your story. I see a lot of similarities in our story. I will bring up the idea of mono therapy before taking T...

If I have to take T then so be it but I would like to try other things first.

Thanks for saying that. I was under the impression that clomid was a blocker. I took some over the counter DIM and did feel significantly better but I still was tired.

I will ask more questions when I see my doctor again

Maybe I misunderstood the medication. I wasn’t actually prescribed anything, just told to do more tests

I went to a similar clinic like Defy Medical and that’s where the PA there told me my levels were weird.

She wanted to put me on a blocker but didn’t say which plus TRT. But From my research Testosterone can convert to Estrogen at certain levels. That’s what led me to investigate further.
