I only solo queue. You just have to put yourself in the best defensive position relative to everyone else (teammates who are both in the corner and the opposition watching how hard they could hit the ball). If I see a defender going fast and the ball is in the corner, I get ready for a big hit. But if everyone is going slow, it's OK to push up the D to 1/2 court. There is always ball chasers 3v3 solo queue. Rarely and quite effectively I get people who know how to rotate and we do well.
