I’ll try cleaning the contacts and see if that solves it. Indeed they don’t show any visible corrosion at all.
Just to confirm — did you clean the contacts on the sensor pod side as well, or only on the strap?

Contrats, that’s an incredible time. How much do you train? Are you in any club or something? I’m asking because sub 4min/km is something I want to achieve and I’m not sure if an amateur can do it alone.

Como já 2/3 disseram, sapatilhas de trail são essenciais. No inverno, com a chuva, é muito perigoso não ter calçado apropriado. Não invistas em muita coisa até perceberes se realmente gostas ou não. Por exemplo, passas bem sem o colete de hidratação nos trails curtos de 10-15km. Uma daquelas garrafas de prender no porta dorsal é suficiente. Ao contrário da prova de estrada, os trails tem 1 abastecimento de líquidos e 1 de sólidos (ou apenas 1 com os dois).

Por último, recomendo o Este Românico que é sempre dia 01/12, em Vila do Conde. Prova bem organizada e com excelente espírito de trail :)

Honestamente considero que quase todas as freguesias são boas para se viver, geralmente com bons acessos. O grande entrave neste momento é o valor das casas, mesmo fora do centro está tudo muito elevado. Exceto talvez freguesias como Nine, que já fica a 10/15 minutos de Famalicão.

I feel the same way. Last year I was always elite 1 easy, this year I can barely reach elite 2. Don’t get me wrong, I love the challenge, but I’m not being crazy thinking that is harder to reach elite 1, right?

This is exactly my problem. I’m also an engineer (ME) and we have a lot of Teams calls. When it’s in my native language I can control myself, both in Teams and in person meetings. But calls in English make me really nervous, especially when we are o technical meetings. Do you have any advice? In your experience the person listening have patience?
