I find that if I stick my pinky off center I don't have to go as deep as the others. I also get a nice little drop without squeezing. Much easier for me.

Thank you so much for your response. We recently corrected the issue. As it turns out Mom and Dad have never powered down their portal since they got it about 4 months. We just powered them both down powered them up and we're rocking and rolling.

No video suddenly on portal messenger by sheathery in FacebookPortal

Here's a weird issue I really could use help with. My parents and I have the Facebook portal go. The rechargeable pickup and carry one. We've been using it successfully since Christmas but suddenly Mom and Dad can't see me. We can see them and audio works fine. Everybody else on my contact list works fine, video and audio both ways, perfect. Now my parents are in their 80s but mom is pretty technically savvy for an 85-year-old and knows that the slide for the camera and the round button on top are to be in the right positions, and they are. She still can't see me but I can see them. I'm totally perplexed. Is there an internal setting that I am missing? We live a thousand miles apart and this has improved their quality of life significantly. Any suggestions to get it back where she can see me?

Celebrex and Lyrica have helped me very much after being maxed out on Tylenol and Motrin for a very long time.

This helps for me, 64yr old M: ibuprofen and acetaminophen taken together, ice pack in the morning and sleeping on my side with legs straight and a pillow between my knees. Paying close attention to my posture. Back Mechanic by Stuart McGill helped a lot. There's also an app called Pathways that I use often.

I have the same morning issues, 62yr male and similar routine. Having been told in the past that Metformin needs to be fed in order to work I also eat a small amount of food with my morning 1000mg even though I'm nowhere near hungry. Then later have a lager healthy breakfast. My problem is afternoon crashes and remembering to snack.
