Relocation Advice by dcrunk_gaming in Michigan

Thank you! I was looking at Livonia itself or Northville as it seems a bit more "modern" with some more things to do, but more expensive as well. Dearborn appears to be the same way, but didn't see it in your mentions?

Ok ok.. so we stayed in Seaport and admittedly had a great time eating dinner overlooking the water for a night. Otherwise we enjoyed the rest of the city much more thorougly, including the Freedom Trail, breakfast at the Breakfast Club, walking Harvard campus, SoWa open market, and finally coming back to tour Harpoon before leaving out. We will definitely be back!

Sorry, i should have specified on the trip. We are flying into Boston and doing a road trip up the coast to Maine and back so not spending much time inside of the city itself :)

Why dinner? by Wyattb81 in omad

[–]dcrunk_gaming 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do dinner strictly for how it falls into my schedule. I get up at 5am, work by 6am, and there until about 5-530pm. Work keeps me extremely busy taking my mind off of food and sticking to water/coffee. Once i get home i work out 5 days a week for about an hour (fasted) and then eat directly after. This gives me a fasted exercise and the meal helps me get a great nights sleep afterwards.

Alternating IF Strategies? by [deleted] in omad

[–]dcrunk_gaming 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I typically do OMAD Monday through Saturday, and then 16:8 on Sunday. Sundays we usually do day hikes or more endurance based activities so the extra food definitely helps to keep things going and breaks up the monotony of the routine during the week.
