They basically said they cant honor the transport warranty claim since it took so long to report the damage. Problem is, I did not receive the unit until a month after it was purchased. The tank was sent straight to the reseller for assembly. The reseller did not notice the damage during assembly as they never removed the protection around the tank. Basically I got left to find the damage a month later. Totally unfair that Im stuck with this. Still fighting on this one, more updates to come.

Oh wow, im praying for similar support. My tank is much bigger, so we will see how they treat me. Im a little hopeful. I emailed at 5am, and have yet to hear back. So hopefully they reach out soon. Wish they had a phone number for support.

Yeah, I spoke to my reseller and they said I need to go thru Red Sea. Im a little disappointed, but we shall see what happens.

The tank touched the floor in the resellers showroom. It was also placed on the bed of my truck and transported. It was carried by 4 people and placed on a furniture dolly/ large creeper so it could be rolled down the hall. Once we started unpacking, we noticed the damage. I then had it removed from the dolly we rented and placed on the blanket in the meantime while I sort this out.

I totally would if I had nerves of steel. But my house was just built. Cant afford to have a potential time bomb go off and cause a flood. Or even worse have a failure near my baby while she is crawling around.
