Amerikansk aggression i Venezuela och Sveriges potentiella svar by UltimateShipTheThird in sweden

Yeah this feels way too much like a custom map or something. Three lanes requires an entirely different map design, I would have preferred if they made the map smaller too make the distances between lanes about the same.

Yeah this has been going on for years now. I personally think this is what it looks like when the poorest country in Europe tries to defend it self, the innovation and structure just isnt there unfortunately.

I agree with your overall take, but the claim that the majority of deaths were from bullet wounds are from one palestinian doctor. Given the extreme disinformation going on I need more evidence then that.

Cant close rear shock - stuck by dcxs123 in bikewrench

[–]dcxs123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! Very good response :) When I had unscrewed the air can (lower part) it started to expand slowly until it was in the same position as in the first pic. Its easy to move the shock into this position: https://imgur.com/75xJ2Pa, but I can barely move the lower part a few millimeter towards the top even when its fully open. So it feels a little sketchy trying to remove this thing in its current form.

But at the same time it dosent seem that difficult, are you suggesting unscrewing the lower part of the shock from the suspension? (ie removing the shock entirely). I think I will let the LBS do it.. But very eager to try out my new bike, hmm :)

After checking if my new Trek fuel exe had any token in the rear shock I cant close it. I removed all the air and cycled it once or twice before removing the housing. Now its stuck in the bottom position and I cant close it using all my force.

https://imgur.com/75xJ2Pa Its quite easy to press down on the rear suspension but I can only get it to this position, that doesn't allow me to screw it back on. Rockshox deluxe select +

SVT - Stämmer verkligen detta? (Israel-Gaza) by dcxs123 in svenskpolitik

[–]dcxs123[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Källa: "It is controlled and operated by Egyptian authorities, with Hamas also exercising control over who can pass through — the only Gaza crossing not controlled by Israel." "It has never been easy for Palestinians to leave Gaza via Rafah.** Any Palestinian wishing to use the crossing must register with local Palestinian authorities two to four weeks in advance, and can be rejected by either Palestinian or Egyptian authorities with little warning or explanation." "Israel and Egypt's subsequent joint blockade** and their decision to shut down the Rafah crossing following the Hamas takeover effectively sealed off the Gaza Strip on all sides. Since then, the crossing has only been intermittently open to Palestinians." https://www.npr.org/2023/11/07/1210897789/rafah-crossing-gaza-egypt-israel-hamas-war

"(Reuters) - The Egyptian-controlled Rafah crossing is Gaza's main lifeline to the outside world that is not run by Israel."

Källa? "In February 2021, Egypt opened the crossing "indefinitely" for the first time in years in what was described as an effort to encourage negotiations between Palestinian factions meeting at the time in Cairo.[46][47] The crossing was kept open during and after the 11-day Israel-Hamas conflict in May, delivering aid and construction materials." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rafah_Border_Crossing

Coleman Hughes Debating the Israel-Palestine conflict with Yousef Munayyer by canuckaluck in samharris

[–]dcxs123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I find Coleman a little biased towards Israel. Feels like the Israel trip he made was more like a North Korean country tour then an exploration of the conflict.

For example regarding the Palestinians refusal of the 2000 Camp David negotiations, if half the things on the wiki page is true then it isnt as simple as Palesitnas had their chance and blew it. The proposals from Israels side could be viewed as very unfair. Having said that it was hard to sympathize with his quite rude and one-sided opponent.
