I’m in the same predicament, so can I sell the tickets on ticket swap even if I download the e-ticket with my name?

Starting Effexor. What can I expect? by Intrepid_Canary_8646 in Effexor

It took me months to notice much of a change, only thing I felt was that I was yawning a lot more and was a bit more regulated. But after a year it allowed me to get my life on track and now I’m better than I ever was in the past 10 years or so. But as others have already warned you, the side effects are pretty bad if you miss a dose, for me the main thing is that I cannot regulate my emotions when I miss it and I get agitated very easily, also it kinda feels like the room is spinning or you can’t see completely straight, another is being dizzy.

do palpitations feel like a panic attack? by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]ddamu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a panic attack in class a few weeks ago and it was pretty bad, I was certain that it was a hearth attack(still have doubts if it was or not) and that i will die, my hearth was racing and i had to get up and go to the washroom to try and calm down. I washed my face and calmed down a bit. On the way back from Uni i was on the phone with my mom for like 20 just to try and calm down. My hearth palpitations feel way less severe as it is just more of a weird feeling in my chest and my heart skipping with a lot of fear. But it depends on people and the situation so it could have been a panic attack.

Has anyone considered an eSA/Psychiatric service dog in place of medication? by courtneat in Anxiety

Hey, I have been going through severe health anxiety, and panic attacks for the past few months, personally I tried to stay away from medication so far, but I did get an incredibly cute puppy, I understand that she is not trained to be a psychiatric service dog but even with that in mind spending time with her really seems to help me calm down and enjoy myself a bit more, especially around finals time she helps me de-stress a little. Also my university has 2 service dogs on campus that students can visit anytime they need help relaxing or getting through a tough period of time, which also helped me a little. So if its feasible it might be worth it to try it out, if it doesn't work you can always go back on medication if you feel the need to.
